I believe in marriage.
I understand that people DON'T feel the need to "sign a piece of paper" & question why marriage would make any positive difference to their relationship and the divorce rate is so high and... (add any other comments here)
I get it and I still believe in marriage..
Yes, I do believe that any 2 consenting adults regardless of their gender have the right to make a legally binding life-long commitment to each other, surely it is only a matter of time before same-sex marriage will be recognised in Australia and I will celebrate when this happens.
